How pay works
We pay our drivers every two weeks, every other Friday. The payroll period is Saturday through the 2nd following Friday. The pay date is the (3rd) following Friday.
The calendar on the right shows the payday and pay periods for the current month.

Drivers who go the ‘extra mile’ and complete 8+ rides in a pay period get to choose a special gift. You will see your progress on ride requests and your prize link will be emailed to you.

- Boomerang Transport LLC Direct Deposit Form – This is a free option for you and highly recommended. If you decide you would rather have paper checks, please still fill out and return the form by signing the decline line.
- Copy of Voided Check or Direct Deposit Verification Form From Bank (if opting for free direct deposit)
- Email this information to Confidential@BoomerangTransport.net. Typical turnaround time is 1-2 days.
Want to earn $200 by referring another driver?
- Once you know that person has filled out the application, send us an email to Confidential@BoomerangTransport.net with their name, and clearly state that you referred them. Once they hit 100 loaded miles with us you will be paid $200. It’s that easy!
Gas Bonus Program
Boomerang Transport is committed to ensuring that your gas bonus reflects the real-world cost of fuel.
Our updated process uses current pricing information published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) and compares those prices against a blended 5-year historical average. As fuel prices fluctuate, your gas bonus automatically adjusts so compensation remains aligned with market conditions.
We obtain retail gasoline price data directly from the EIA. Specifically, we gather the latest prices from these key regions:
- New England
- Central Atlantic
- Lower Atlantic
- Midwest
- Gulf Coast
This data is refreshed daily to ensure we capture the most up-to-date market information.

- 5 Year Average:
We now use a blended 5-year historical average for the five regions we operate in. This 5 year average is gathered in January of each year using the previous 5 years of data. - Daily Average:
Each day, our system retrieves the gas price data from the EIA for the five key regions. - Applying the Averages:
Your gas bonus is then determined based on the difference of the daily average price and 5 year average. As market prices fluctuate, the bonus you receive is automatically adjusted, ensuring you’re rewarded fairly according to current fuel costs.
If you have a trip with 40 loaded miles (using 2 gallons of fuel at an assumed 20 MPG) and the current daily regional price is $3.48 per gallon, the calculation is as follows:
- Difference: $3.48 (current) − $3.14 (5 year average) = $0.34 per gallon
- Gas Bonus: 2 gallons × $0.34 = $0.68 for that trip
When is the gas bonus calculated? It is calculated during the time the ride is scheduled to you and will use the regional daily gas average at that time.
What happens when gas prices go up? The gas bonus will continue to work with the same calculation, always paying you the appropriate amount.
Do you adjust for higher gas prices in my area? We use the regional averages for all calculations.
What do I need to do to get a gas bonus on a ride? Nothing, it will automatically apply and you can see the line item in your calendar event.

Other reference items:
- Accident Report – Please carry this with you in your vehicle at all times as well as the commercial insurance certificate that you will be provided with upon processing.
- Business card template – This is for your use so you can create your own business cards. You will need to write your name and phone number in each one (don’t forget to click save so you only have to do it once!)
- Boomerang Pay Tracker – This is an Excel spreadsheet you can use to keep track of your pay. The pay for each ride is clearly marked on each manifest. If you think there is a discrepancy in your pay we will ask you to turn this in for the pay period so we can compare vs. our records.
- Common Boomerang Phrases – English to Spanish – As a lot of our passengers speak Spanish as their first language, one of our own, Hubert Collins has provided a list of common phrases which might be helpful for you.
