My name is Geoffrey Burbage and I am throughly enjoying this post retirement journey after a long career in over 45 years of customer service. I retired last year after 25+ years as a representative for Horizon Blue Cross of NJ and prior to that, I did 20 years of retail sales in the flooring industry. I recently married in 2022, I enjoy quality time with my wife and bonus son. My hobbies include listening to jazz music, international travel, cruises, Pittsburgh Steelers, Los Angeles Lakers, dogs and the beach. I come from a lineage of customer service from my Dad who worked for GM, and the Boys Clubs of America, and my Mom, who was a force to be reckoned with in local community activism, and city government. I now continue this legacy of service for clients with this company. I love this experience, it’s not a job, it’s an adventure.
